2005 CRF450R in MX trim
As much as I love MX track days other hobbies now have my interest.
MX is the most intense and purposeful work out a road racer could do in the off season. Give MX a try.
This bike is well sorted and will provide hours of breath taking laps and roost.
- Less than 40 hours on the clock. I'm not a racer. Motor is strong and was never run hard or over-revved. Starts easily and is well maintained. No known valve issues on this bike.
- No frame dents; nothing broken etc.
- Oil, trans and air filter changed every other ride.
- Blue Locktite and torque specs used when ever possible.
- Grip Tape on the frame. Enables outstanding leg grip but it is removable if not preferred.
Feature list:
- Excel black rims and anodized Talon hubs with maybe 3 rides on new Dunlop hoops. ($950)
- Factory Connection suspension (set up for about 225 lbs). FC box in hand for you to send the suspension in for refresh and your preferences. ($600+)
- RG3 Triples in the PREFERRED 20mm offset ($500)
- Pro Taper Bars ($70
- Full Ti-4 titanium exahust ($700)
- Re-usable oil filter ($60)
- Light Speed Carbon fiber bits ($250)
- After market pegs ($100)
- After market Hammerhead adjustable shifter -noticeable difference. ($70)
- After market gas cap vent hose.
- After market levers with rubber center for extra grip.
- New chain, front and rear sprockets ($200)
- SDG grip seat.
$3400
Additional items are included:
- MX stand
- FULL mechs manual
- All related cleaning chemicals and 3 Gallons of oil.
- Extra grips and other related items.
Required:
- Metro Jacksonville, Fl pick up only.
- Cash only (sorry, no cheques or money orders). Meet at Florida Telco credit union for cash deposit and bike.
Sorry, not parting this out for now.
There is no title with MX bikes. Bill of sale only.
Despite the pics, I'm removing:
- Hour meter
- Ti-4 exhaust and replace with OEM.
