I happened on this personal trainer that can have you doing solo 20's without running out of gas and ready to sprint Sunday. All you need is a 10lb dumbell and a rubber exercise ball to sit on. He started me out on 9 different moves.
I am using every muscle that I need on the bike. This is a routine you can do easily anytime. It does not involve bikes or running. You can knock it out in 30-45 min. Seriously, if you want to increase your lap times, this guy can help you. When you call him, just tell him that you are a roadracer and he will ask some questions then email or fax a plan for you. He does have a gym but it is by appointment only. We buy the best parts,tires,ect. money can buy but most of us neglect the most important piece. Our body.
