I sent deposit for a bike he tried to sell here, he misled me with the condition of the bike, so I passed on the deal. He never refunded the money, never answered neither my emails nor my phone calls any more.

LALABOY not sure what happened with you in the past but i advertise my bikes as they are, not sure how u could have sent a deposit for a bike u seen and then all of a sudden it had more damage.

Thats a lie what you are saying, I never was to ship the bike, my co worker was driving it down from your location Ney York or New Jersey, also everything happened within a 3 days of period between dec.17 and dec.20 of 2007, so stop making up stories.
I do still have the proof on my paypal account that I paid you, and after you just simply ignored my phonecalls.
I am a stand up person and dont have any reason to give you a bad rep especially after a full year, except that you swallowed that money and it hurted me just before Christmas.

Exactly! I lost that sale because your shipper couldnt come get it and you didnt have the money to ship it!! I lost two other buyer on that bike because you couldnt come get it, and had to wait for weeks after christmas to sell it. So it cost me too!!

Not to make you feel left out, but i've been selling cars/trucks for 12 years and bikes for last 6 years and i've never had to keep anyone elses deposit. I'm a stand up guy to, and sleep very well at night knowing i sell people great rebuilders for great prices. people like you scam themselves!!!
