If you Google around for Hobbi 260 you can get much better detail than I can give here. It was around $25,000 new, and I've have it for 2 seasons, and used it roughly 10 times. It's got brand new (under 500 miles on them, 3 months old) E rated Maxxis radial tires on it, everything works, and the only damage on it is a cracked wheel skirt from the blowout that led to the tire purchase.

50gal fresh water, shower, toilet, microwave, A/C on the roof, propane heater and stove, awesome hot water heater, am/fm/cd, etc. It's 26'.

The entire trailer is laid out with e-track, and you could carry many bikes in there if you wanted. The most I've had in there was 2 race bikes, 2 scooters, and all of the gear etc., and you could still walk around in it.

It's black, tows great with the sloped nose, and comes with the following extra goodies:

*Roll-away tool chest full of pretty much every tool needed at the track, most are less than 4 months old. I have about $500 into it.

*LCT 6500 generator, on a steel mesh cart for easy moving, plus the plywood doghouse I built for it - this thing will power the entire trailer plus warmers no sweat. Also comes with a 50' 30A extension cord. Total cost to buy one of these generators and the cord is about $600

*Equal-I-Zer hitch - IMO the best load balancing/anti-sway hitch you can buy, was over $700 new when I bought the trailer.

*15" TV with built-in DVD player and remote

I'll also include all of the bits and bobs that are in there now...awning lights, water filter, extra hose, pressure regulator for water inlet, etc. etc.

$12,750.

I don't have any pics handy, but I know many of you have seen it at the races. Google up some shots of it...if it's a Hobbi 260 and it's black, it looks like that. I'll try to get some pics up shortly.

(Kurt, just buy it already :D )

I doubt anyone cares, but I was thinking about it, and I've actually used it more like 18 times.

Thanks for looking!

If you still have it in January, might have to take another look. bookmarking thread.

make me an offer...I want this trailer out of my driveway (and I sold the only vehicle that I could move it with :) ).

Why are you selling it?

I'm downsizing re: the whole racing thing right now. We've been paying 2 mortgages for almost 3 years, and now have Jack around...time to give the household budget a break. I sold the Suburban, the SV, and one TLR...gonna keep the other TLR around (isn't actually mine technically but I can ride it), the open trailer, and tow with the minivan to a few events here and there.

Actually it kinda sucks to have to sell stuff off, but I'm glad I was able to hook up some friends with good deals, rather than just Ebay the stuff to strangers or whatever. I'll still be around...I'll just be slummin' for a while :D

I'd recommend getting a tank on your way...I don't remember how full or empty they are.

Did I miss something? I drove to Nashville Thursday afternoon and picked it up, got home in the middle of the night, loaded my crap in it the next morning and towed it to work, then to Tally and an 18 degree night Friday and a track day yesterday.

In other words, sold. :D

That gas furnace is the stuff on cold nights. Kurt, was it a little better than staying in your trailer?

Not really. I did my 6x10 with thick itchy fiberglass insulation behind luan, and it has enough heating/cooling BTUs in there for a trailer twice that size. It's like a small cocoon. The big trailer got warm inside, but every surface, the floor, the walls, etc. just radiated cold. I imagine if it had had a chance to warm up well before the hammer dropped it would have been better, but when I got there it was already dark and getting cold.

Yeah, that's important to get everything pre-warmed.

I like that I don't have to adjust the thing all night. My electrics never got just right, mostly to hot. Now I just set the thermostat and let it go. Showers are nice to have too.

Electrics in "the box" work well. Good Chinese, I guess. :D

Unit is winterized, so I had to do the 5 am walk anyway. No big, it's refreshing.

Not me, I keep that think functioning so I can shower and walk to the bed without getting cold. One of my vents is in the bathroom, so it gets toasty in there.

I also have a heater in the A/C. I use it to move the air around the trailer so it doesn't just to climate zones. I sleep up top, so th efloor gets cold if you don't do it right. You come off the top to 15 degree drop.
