I have FOR SALE a completely tricked out, professionally built 2004 Kawasaki ZX-10R with everything under the sun on it. The bike is 40 lbs lighter than stock with a documented 169 hp at the wheel on 93 pump gas. 177 hp with race gas! The bike has Dynojet PCIII, quickshifter, Akrapovic full EVO titanium/carbon exhaust, Marchesini magnesium wheels, Ohlins R&T forks with SBK piston kit and spare springs (9.0, 9.5, has 10.0 installed, 10.5), rear Ohlins 46PRXLS shock with 100 N/mm spring installed. Attack tailsection and Sharkskinz belly/upper fairing professionally painted. Sato rearsets, GP shift, race head gaskets and motor has been rebuilt recently with only about 700 new miles. Overall mileage is 6k. Bike has NEVER been crashed, never raced used in many track days. Set up currently with Dunlop KR106 and KR108 N-Tec slicks. STM slipper clutch, Ohlins steering damper (race), sliders, Gillies chain adjusters, 520 conversion kit with new DID EVR3 chain, Renthal front and rear sprockets with 41T, 42T and 43T rear sprockets. Kawasaki billet quick turn throttle! Brembo HP rotors, Brembo billet calipers, titanium rotor bolts, Goodridge kevlar brake lines front and rear! Etc, etc... I am sure I am missing some things!

This bike is AMAZING and will out handle and out accelerate almost anything I have been on track with. Over 35k invested. NOT INTERESTED IN PARTING OUT!

Make your Best/Resonable offer. I am selling becuase I have a Ducati 1098 I am turning into a race bike and I am planning on getting the new R1 so I really don't need a third bike.

If you want the complete bike as is I think a fair price would be somewhere around 13k or I'll trade for a brand new white/red R1 :-)

With all do respect, you can not possibly think that you can get anywhere near 13. Better to part it out or put the stock stuff back on.

I realize this is a 2004, however, a bike this clean with this much power and weight reduction is worth FAR more than I am asking - and it has VERY low mileage! Do the math and you will see what I am talking about. Never wrecked, professionally maintained, still the lightest most powerful litre bike out there. All the litre bikes got heavier and slower after the 2005 Kawasaki ZX-10R. When I ride this bike at track days there is literally NOTHING than can out accellerate this bike. It's almost violent. This begs the question, why would I want to sell it? I have a new 2008 1098 that I am turning into a race bike, I also have a couple of dirtbikes and I am getting the new R1 so I don't need to keep it but I don't have to give it away either.

Any serious individuals? If so, the bike can be made available for detailed scrutiny and maybe a short, supervised spin.

Except a certain yellow Vesrah painted bike...

Cool and trick bike, guys. And when he says clean, he means cleaner than the stuff I usually have.

Trick parts are legit, too. Good luck on selling her.

Thanks for the bump Brian! What do you think of the R6 as a racebike? I have been riding a friend's 2006 R6 this weekend and I love it!

Hey Kneedragger, you're on 1098-forum.com right? If so I've seen you and your 10R on there and it's definitely bad ass. I had an '05 with nowhere near the money you spent and she was a blast, so I bet yours is insane! Good luck on the sale bro, and good luck racing the 1098 :)

Thanks IcePick06. I am 'duc1098' on the 1098-forum. I like the 1098 but I think it has more potential as a track bike so once it's done it's gonna be really, really good.

I wish I could find a buyer for the ZX-10R but if I don't sell it then it will be fun to compare it to the new R1 I am planning on getting. The new KTM S1000RR, Aprilia RSV4 and KTM's RC8R are tempting me too...

Any of these on your short list?
