This is a great bike that runs like a champ. I bought it to try some endurance racing and never got it out this year. I am looking to possibly trade it for something that would be AHRMA legal. I would consider a vintage bike or a modern bike... single, twin, triple. It just seems silly that I have this bike that I don't use. I race my 125 with AHRMA and I would like to try another class for next year. Let me know what you have. I figure it is worth about $7,000. I don't need to sell it and I am not in a hurry. I just thought I would float the idea to see if anyone is interested. I might also consider a trade for a nice sport-tourer. I can trade up or down. This bike finished in the top 30 at this years Daytona 200. I figure that makes it worth an extra $50 or so!

I added tank sliders and a shark-guard. I also have some extra wheels and a few spares.

I have an Aprilia RS250 or Aprilia Falco if interested for trade. Lots of spares for the RS250 and it's in race trim already.

I've got a nice 2nd gen SV (could race in AHRMA) and a 2002 FZ1 (on the sportier side of sport-touring). Interested in trading for both? I'd value the SV at 4500 and the FZ1 at 3500, so I'd be looking for the R6 plus $1k in trade.

2006 cbr1krr?

No. Sorry. I am looking for something I can race with AHRMA or a touring / sport-touring bike. No classes for a liter bike in AHRMA! :wow:

I have a 94 tzr250 chassis with a completely done up yfz450 (bearings, p/p, cams, springs, valves, 100mm piston, billet cylingder, etc). Engine displaces 498, so supermono 2 class would be the call. I've gone thru this bike with a fine tooth comb and adressed all the issues that the singles have. It has a data acq wide band AFR with TPS so jetting is a snap. Electric start and comes with dymag carbon wheels. Bike is 270lbs wet. Let me know - E

bike has more mods, but contact me for a complete list

I have a 2002 748 track bike with 5000 miles, term exhaust, ohlins shock to trade or a 2004 vfr800 with 3000 miles. The vfr was bought new out of the crate in 2007. joegallion@msn.com

The ducati 748 has only one track day total track time. The miles are all street.

bike still available? How many weekends on the motor since the head work? Also what weight is the suspension sprung for?

If I remember correctly it had 2 AMA weekends on it and I did one trackday. The suspension is set-up for about 170 lb rider.

Nothing has worked out so far. I'm still interested in a trade. I would also consider car and truck trades.

I would have shown more interest if you would have sent pictures when I asked rather than just reply with "it looks like and R6".

This is why people want pictures, I know what GSXR600 forks look like, then I see the picture of them laying on a table saw getting scratched more than the already are, granted you have one picture of one side that looks nice, but if I was to have you ship the bike I would want pictures not a picture.

Thank you for showing me the error of my ways. I will be forever grateful. Now I know that those people who post in EVERY freakin' classified ad asking for pictures are just waiting for that perfect shot. If I can just manage to get that perfect picture then someone will show up with an awesome trade for an AHRMA legal bike. I'm giddy with anticipation.

Good luck dude, there to many bikes out there to deal with a sh%^& attitude and then expect you to ship it, lol

Who said anything about shipping?

Why is it that you have been here for 3 months and have already crapped in a few people's classified ads? Yes, it is easy to search your history with only 50 posts.

As I've said from the beginning... I don't need to sell it. I just thought it might be fun to trade for something I might get more use out of. No big deal.

Sorry you feel that way, I didn't mean to thread jack, I was trying to point out why pictures are good, I just sold some stuff and it didn't sell until I posted pictures.
I just reviewed my post and only one bad comment for a sale add, the rest was being smart ass with someone doing the same on a general post

Again sorry and good luck
