2006 R6 Anniv. race/track bike

I am stepping down to a lesser bike (moving soon) so the R6 has to go. This is a 2006 R6 anniversary ed with 5k miles. The bike is mapped right now for U4 but can run fine on pump gas. I am including an extra race tail also unpainted but has a seat pad and an extra Ohlins rear spring .10. Right now the bike is set up for 160lb rider. Clean title. The mod list is:

-Power Commander
-Ignition Module
-Quickshifter
-Woodcraft rearsets and clipons
-Graves full system
-Woodcraft case cover
-Vortex rear sproket and RK chain
-Racetech gold valve kit in front
-Ohlins TTX 36 shock (.90 spring)
-GPR damper

*Bike has been raced last year and part of this year, so I put in a clutch (factory yamaha). Also has Dunlop D211's front and rear with one race day on them.

Has the bike been down? Title status? And where In socal are you located? I'd like to take a look if you're close.

Bike has been down (low sides) everything was fixed, just scratched case cover (replaced with woodcraft cover) and rear sets. I am located north of san diego in Vista. Clean title. It also has all the street wiring in place. Any other questions let me know. Thanks.
