As the title says, 2004 GSXR 600 for sale. I am getting out of the scene completely as my time constraints have tightened and I have not ridden the bike as often as I would like and my heart isn't in it like before.
The Good:
Salvage title in hand, This bike is awesome, very strong and fast I completely went through the suspension and brakes before this season started and had the suspension refreshed by Thermosman. Rebuilt the calipers, new pads, new SS lines and a Brembo M/C. This bike has only had 2 track days on it this season with the refreshed suspension and rebuilt calipers.
The Bad:
Anyone who has crashed a GSXR knows that the swingarm spool tabs are junk. but i used a pitbull that fits under the swingarm. Bodywork has some scratches and a couple of cracks. actual mileage unknown (guages show about 2500 miles, but the previous owner removed the speed pick up from the front sprocket).
Add-ons include the following:
Ohlins 3-way rear shock (set for 200lbs)
Thermosman treated front forks (set for 200lbs)
GPR rotary steering damper
Hotbodies bodywork w/ speedscreen (not perfect, but not the worst I've seen)
BPD Quickshifter (computer is onboard, but is missing the control for the rearset, I purchased it this way and never hooked it up.)
Full TiForce Exhaust that has some dings and scrapes, Sato Shorty muffler.
Vortex rear sets
Vortex billet aluminum left cover (scratched but still plenty of meat)
Brembo 19x20 Master Cylinder
Speigler SS lines
2003 GSXR 1000 4 pad, 4 piston calipers w/ Gold Fren pads (Just rebuilt, only 2 track days on them, this set up is AMAZING, completely eliminates all fade the GSXRs are known for)
Lightened Rear Rotor
Vortex clip-on’s
Woodcraft frame sliders
GP Tech Fairing Stay
DID ERV3 520 chain conversion w/ Vortex sprockets
Diablo Corsa IIIs
Bike is professionally sprung for a 190 - 220lb pilot.
I do still have the calipers that come standard on the 600, but the master is gone. Have the stock rear rotor too. I'm probably forgetting something so I'll add to the listing if I remember more later.
First $4800 takes it. Bike is located in Northern Virginia.
Items for sale separately: Shipping not included
Pitbull Front and Rear Stands $85 each (Only forsale after the bike is sold, no kickstand)
Baxley sport chock $175
