My 07 R1 for your R6

I tried to do this before, but I was having some personal stuff going on, and the plan that was lined up fell through. So anyways here I am again, I have a perfect 2007 R1, completely stock, no damage w/ 3000miles. I am willing to trade for an 07 or newer R6 straight up. great deal. i have a 07 r6 with just over 20k miles on it. extended warranty, power stuntworks race rails, flush mount blinkers, mid pipe, intergrated tail light, pilot power 2ct tires, and slashcut footpegs. yamaha just put in a new shifter centering spring in it. with the mileage i figure you will not want a straight up trade but do you think we could work something out? i live in hattiesburg mississippi. got title in hand. our local shop has done all the maintanence because i got a maintanence plan for $100 through them and if they do it yamaha cant scream the engine was blown because the oil wasnt changed.
