A friend of mine that use to race WERA back in the day gave me his old race 1988 Honda Hurricane, was going to tinker with it and ride a bit but I just don't have the time. Told him that I'd sell it for him since I'm not going to bother with it if anyone is interested. I believe, but not sure that this thing qualifies as Vintage . He nor I know what the thing is worth so all offers accepted. $600 OBO

Clear Title
1/2 track plastics, 1/2 street bodywork
Headlight and taillight in place
Runs, but has a hold in a gas line
Carbs probably need some cleaning
Safety wired
Comes with front and rear stand

The Hurricane and the Genesis were the first bikes that got me interested in sportbikes at all. Cool.

I take it this is a 600? I remember when my dad bought his '87 1000 brand new. It was like the bike back in the day. I got to ride it yesterday as a matter of fact.

Yeah, it's a 600. Just a heads up everyone, I might put it on eBay too, I'm thinking it might go for a little bit more there so if someone wants it, please jump on it before I get the first bid.

I know someone who wants to buy it IMMEDIATELY! Call me at 334-319-2175.
Friend needs a beater to fix up. Looks as good as any. Also, will you be in Jennings this weekend? Would it be possible to have it delivered for an extra fee to cover gas? One more thing, C.O.D., Paypal or certified check over nighted to you? Thanks for your time.....Joseph

Yes, I can deliver it to Jennings for a little extra but I won't be until 19-20 JUL weekend. If you want it, I prefer paypal deposit to show you're serious and COD at Jennings.

My partners number is 484-714-8286. Name is Carlos Kimbrough. I do not believe he has Paypal. If not I will send you the money from my account. I believe we are going to Jennings this weekend. How far do you live from there? I will be riding and he can take my truck and pick it up and bring you the remainder. His email address is:carlos_kimbro@yahoo.com He is not a member of WERA forum that is why he can not post any replys.

This bike will fit in the vintage grids Alfonso. My son and I both raced one when we first started with WERA in the V6hw class and then would bump up to the v7hw and if the grid was to large with the other big boys of V6hw class my son would run the v7mw with it just to race all 600s. They were indestructable bikes on the track. I actually still have one we pieced together out of parts from our race bike still sitting in the garage.
Alfonso is a good guy to deal with everyone. baught some stuff last year from him and would again. So bump for a good guy.

Thanks Dyle, I was going to try to race it but I just have so much going on I can't keep up with my own bike.

Anyone? Clean title.
