If you wanna talk prices PM me and as far as how street legal the bike is right now. The answer is it is not, but has it stopped many people out there from putting a tag from another bike and riding no. What you do with it when it's yours will be up to you. This is a travesty that the state of KY would put a parts only title for this bike as it is better than most all bikes wrecked on the street. ***PM for Prices and pictures by cell phone right now as I am waiting for some factory plastics in the mail, but I will send some work in progress pics by cell right now! I am just trying to pass on a good deal to someone for basically a brand new 114 mile bike that will have almost no scratches on it in a week and is 100% mechanically and structurely brand new!!! seems pretty standard. bike was wrecked new, bike insured out, bought/awarded back parts only status, n thats how it sits now, rebuilt. you wanna re-title it. go on ebay or something n buy a frame with vin's. not sure if it needs a title or not but most likely u do assembled title with just a frame
