Looking to buy with cash!!!!!

I'm looking for a street bike, or track bike with fairings and lights to convert to a street bike. I'm located near chicago, but would be willing to drive to pick up or take a look at any bike worth the trip. I have cash and would appreciate any info on available bikes.
