Are they the same 310mm rotors as the '06 1000s?

Yes 07 1000 rotors and 06 1000 rotors are the same part #

The 07 rotors have 10 buttons while the 06 have only 8 buttons. I don't think they are the same.

I have a set of stock '06 rotors with about 1k miles of street on them. I was given PVM wheels with 320s and don't need these. If they'll work for you, pm me and offer.

You are correct, weird that the part number is the same though.
