WTB - 06 GSX-R750 Bracket, Pillion Seat

I am looking for one of these (Silver Assembly). The Suzuki Part # is:
41231-41G10 It is called a Bracket, Pillion Seat. I am looking into getting mine welded but if I can find a replacement that is reasonable, I'd rather go that route. I'm in Leeds, AL.
